SciPhone i68 I9++: Get iPhone Looks At An Awesome Price

Want a phone that looks like an iPhone at a fraction of the price? Say hello to Chinese clones. Specifically this one, my hands-down favorite of the lot – the SciPhone I68 I9++ Mobile Phone.
Can it run iPhone apps? Of course not. Can it browse the web in 3G? Nope, GSM only. Everything else, however, is golden (especially at this crazy, low price point).
Sporting a 3.2-inch QVGA display and near-exact dimensions with the iPhone, the SciPhone I68 I9++ has risen above the ranks to become the most popular clone of the best-selling smartphone around. For good reason too, since it duplicates the original beautifully, while coming in with a compelling set of features.
The handset is quad-band and unlocked, so you can take it anywhere in the world and use it. It takes up to two SIM cards at a time, giving you the flexibility to keep your main account active while traveling and using a temporary prepaid SIM for local calls. While you can’t run App Store apps, it can handle Java MIDP, allowing you to use a wide range of easily-available software (including lots of games) for it. There’s even motion and orientation sensors, so it can detect movements just like an iPhone. Other features include a VGA camera, media player capabilities (MP3 and MP4), stereo Bluetooth, FM radio, a wireless web browser and a number of onboard apps.
Is it anywhere near as good as an iPhone? Not if you’re looking for smartphone talents. For a quality touchscreen worldphone with great looks, a good screen, Java support and an affordable price, though, it’s pretty hard to beat.
